Buren Mid Size 9ct Gold Mechanical Wristwatch
We have for sale a classic vintage pre owned ladies mid size mechanical wristwatch from the Swiss manufacturer, Buren, founded in 1898, in the Swiss town of Buren an der Aare.
A beautiful understated timepiece, with classic lines and elegant proportions. The cream dial is in excellent condition and is blemish free with bright gold colour arabic nemerals and hands. Featuring a seperate subsidiary dial for the seconds. The 9ct gold polished case is also in excellent condition with the domed plexi glass having some minor age related marks.
This watch was given as a 30 years of service reward to H F Robinson in 1964 from I.C.I Ltd, and has been engraved on the plain poilished case back to show these details.
We have fitted a quality new black padded, fully stitched Italian leather strap with guilt buckle.
An original Buren Grand Prix watch case is also present, that has some damage to the outer covering.
We have tested the movement for accuracy and is performing as it should. Will come with 6 months H&H warranty and Hollins and Hollinshead watch presentation box.
