We have for sale a vintage 18ct yellow gold 3 stone diamond ring. It features 3 round cut diamonds in a white gold twist setting.  It sits on a slim yellow gold plain shank. The head of the ring measures 3.8mm tall with the shank being 2.1mm wide at the back. The setting measures 11.1mm x 6.5mm.
